The court threatens to judging them in jail the IGP, the Minister of Internal Affairs

The High Court in Kenya has called for the General Police (IGP), the Interior Minister and the Immigration Commissioner to come to court today to defend themselves for being imprisoned or to pay fine for disregarding the Court.

Justice High Court, George Odunga, said that the high officials in the Federal Republic had committed an offense against the court for refusing to appeal to lawyer Miguna Miguna on Wednesday this week.

The judge has said that the Court can not be funded by the Government and will not allow it to happen because it is the right instrument.

Miguna was arrested by police at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport when he tried to return to Canada from the country where he was kidnapped for allegedly not Kenya citizen. The government claims that Migna was accused of participating in the murder of Raila Odinga as 'President of the People', in protesting his citizenship in 1988, allegedly denied by the lawyer. Miguna claims to be a citizen of Kenya's native citizenship also of Canada but has never denied the country's citizenship as claimed.

However, far from the Court's threat to security guards, last night Miguna was expelled safely to Dubai.

The court has always ordered Muguna to be released and if there is any claim he should be brought to court and not otherwise.
